The Minorca 37 commercial and retail units house

entertaining. Folding chairs may be borrowed (with
refundable deposit) from the front desk.
The Recreation Room may be reserved by residents and
business owners/tenants by filling out the e-form online or
at the front desk, with refundable deposit.

Pool hours are between 8AM to 8PM.
