Condo once Rental
Cite has a great location, and great set of amenities,
however when considering this building for rent or
purchase one should be aware that this was originally a
rental building.
MCZ/Centrum was not the original developer of Cite,
rather a group from Chicago that bought the project just
months before completion and sold of the units
mid-construction. When designing a building to be a
rental, developers “value engineer” the project to keep
costs as low as possible. Cite subsequently was built to
a lesser standard than surrounding new Condominiums.
Thin granite countertops, generic appliances and
fixtures are but a few obvious examples.
On the bright side, Cite offers A+ central location, a
great pool and large gym, traditional condos and loft
style condos. Not long ago, the Daily Bakery opened
below and is a popular breakfast and lunch spot
frequented by residents and people who work in the
neighborhood.
