the Sea as the name implies, life revolves
around the sea in this community where
sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, and
deep-sea fishing are year-round sports.
Yachtsmen embark from their private docks
for clear sailing to the Gulfstream,
Bahamas, Florida Keys and any Caribbean
island. Excellent public and private schools
in the area include: Pinecrest Elementary,
Gulliver Academy & Preparatory,
Ransom-Everglades, Palmer Trinity and
Carrollton. The University of Miami and
Florida International University offer
higher education learning. Miami Airport is
a convenient 25 minute drive, as is downtown
Miami.

The views of
the waterfront that give the Gables by the
Sea community its name are reason alone to
