Skyline on Brickell is a
high-rise condominium tower located in the
southern residential district of Brickell;
itself a subsector of downtown Miami, part
of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The structure
is located on the west side of Brickell
Avenue directly on Biscayne Bay. Notably, it
is directly next door to the architecturally
flamboyant Atlantis Condominium (north), and
Bristol Tower condominium (South). The tower
broke ground in April 2002 and was completed
in late 2004 - The building is 377 ft. 11
in. (1~125 m) tall with 35 floors. Floors
3-35 are used for residential units. The
building has a total number of 359 Units.
Interesting Facts:
Skyline on Brickell was originally named
Brickell Bay Village.
The total volume of the building is 377,496
Square Feet.
The building was designed by the
architectural firm of Bermello Ajamil &
Partners.
A upcoming Mexican telenovela marketed in
the United States by Telemundo, named "Bajo
las Riendas del Amor", starring Adriana
Fonseca and Gabriel Soto, has recently been
using the pool deck as a set.
